Delete your Legends Health account

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open Legends Health (the phone app, or legends-health.com/app) and log in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Type your password to confirm, then tap Delete everything.

Your account is deleted straight away. If you would like a copy of your records first, use Settings → Download my health record before you delete.

Can't log in?

Email hello@legends-health.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you, delete everything, and reply within 30 days (usually much sooner). You can also reset your password from the log in screen and then delete it yourself.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password and settings
• All your medicines, doses taken, reminders, appointments and diary entries
• All your documents, letters, results and photos
• Any children's records you added
• Family sharing links, invites, phone reminder settings and any feedback you sent

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. The only thing left is the anonymous daily counts we use to see how the app is used (for example "3 medicines added today"), which never contained your name or any of your records. Backups kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, are removed in the normal course of their backup cycle.
